Most customers never take the time to say "job well done", will only tell you about the bad things and I'm usually no different, until today. I found your website on the internet and knew nothing about your company but loved the products that you offered. I was looking for the ect gift for my dearest friend's 40th birthday and took a chance on your company. The wedding is over and all went well. My daughter was so happy with the beautiful stephanotis you located and
shipped to us for her bouquet. She took pearl headed corsage pins and inserted them into the stem holder after they were placed
into the flower and then into her bouquet of white roses. Her dress was pearls and this made for a beautiful picture. We will send
a copy of one when developed if you are able to see the stephanotis well. Again, thank you for your help with this project and we
will certainly call again when we need flowers. We also had several guests ask about our bouquet and we were able to pass on

I just received a phone call from my grandmother and my aunts who were very surprised to receive a flower arrangement today. They said that they are beautiful with a very nice mix of flowers. I appreciate you for selecting me as a winner, and sending the flowers to my relatives. My grandmother has had a lot of health problems in the last few years (ever since my grandfather died 6 years ago), and it's very hard for us to get the time to visit her. My aunts have been her caretakers through the strokes and her most recent pacesetter implant. I know it's hard for them, and they probably feel under-appreciated at times (they are in their late-60's). If you have an occasion to order flowers, please do so from Doug and www.flowersonly.com. Through a glitch in the web or something else, a flower order that I had did not make it in time. Doug took ownership for the problem and refunded the cost of the flowers. No one or nothing is ect, but it is great to know there are people who will go out of their way to set things right when something does happen. Next time you do online flower purchasing, do it from these guys.
